Terms & Conditions

Reservations made by phone or email will be held for approximately 4 days, pending receipt of deposit, after which time the accommodation will be re-let.

Deposit is 1/3rd of holiday price, minimum booking fee £110 an apartment per week, balance in full on arrival, cheque or bank transfer six weeks before arrival. 

The number of persons in each apartment must not exceed the number stated at time of booking.

Weekly bookings only during the season. A surcharge of £65 for less than 7 days.

Tenants may receive visitors in apartments only with the consent of the proprietors who reserve the right to refuse if necessary.

There is a policy of No Smoking anywhere in the building.

We are very dog friendly for well behaved woofers but request they sleep in their own beds and not directly on the carpets.

Please bring your own personal towels 

The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at anytime, in their opinion, the behaviour of the occupier is such that the comfort and enjoyment of the others is thereby endangered.

The proprietors are not responsible for valuables left in the apartments.

In the interest of all tenants undue noise at anytime is discouraged.

We are proud of our high standards and we request tenants to leave their apartment in a clean and tidy condition.

Cars and contents parked at owner's risk.

Booking fees are not returnable. In the event of cancellation and the apartment not being re-let the person in whose name the booking is made will be liable for the total cost, less deposits received. Therefore it is advisable to take out Holiday Insurance.
